The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and reliable provision of the online offer). An order processing contract has been concluded with the hoster in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

When this website is accessed, the following technical information is automatically collected by the server:

The response to your request will be sent by email via a self-operated SMTP mail server. Your data will not be transmitted to external mail providers.

This website operates its own server-side reach measurement for aggregated analysis of page usage. No third-party services such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Matomo or comparable tracking tools are used.

The following are recorded and stored in our own database:

- Timestamp
- Anonymized referrer source (only the category, e.g. "google.com", not the full URL)
- User agent string of your browser
- Derived information on device type and browser
- A randomly generated session ID

The session ID is only stored in your browser in the so-called sessionStorage, not in a cookie. It is automatically deleted when you close the browser tab and is only used to aggregate repeated page views within the same session. It is not assigned to you personally. The IP address is not stored for reach measurement.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a data-saving analysis of usage behavior). Consent in accordance with Section 25 (1) TDDDG is not required, as the storage of the session ID in the sessionStorage is absolutely necessary to display the website you have requested and only aggregated, non-personal usage statistics are generated (Section 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG).

The collected data will be automatically deleted after 6 months at the latest.

Spotify

On this website, individual music content is displayed via embedded iFrames of the Spotify service. The provider is Spotify AB, Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden. Some music content is also displayed via embedded iFrames from the SoundCloud service. The provider is SoundCloud Global Limited & Co KG, Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin, Germany. When you access a page with a SoundCloud embed, a direct connection is established between your browser and the SoundCloud servers.
